Feedlot Ministries Inc. is an answer to a yearning of wanting to reach out to the western, rural communities of Texas.  For many years I felt
God was leading me into some type of ministry work.  I have worked in children's ministry, women's ministry, and arena ministry.  Little
did I know what He was preparing me for. 
I am currently the administrative assistant for Cross Trails Cowboy Church... we get many
calls and some drop-ins for food.  I have 
seen the hardships of families struggling to
make it when disaster strikes or when the
unthinkable and unpredictable happen. 
One day in fall 2007 I was sitting in my
office and Feedlot Ministries was put on my heart. For years I had prayed about being
used in the mission field... and the timing of this outreach and ministry couldn't be any better.  Unemployment is up and the
ecomomy is struggling.  Since 2007 we
have had two successful years of the 
12 Days of Christmas Food Drive... 
We have helped family after family by providing fresh food when disaster has struck...  And we have helped feed families with our Taco Soup Kitchen.  We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to reach these families
in rural Texas.  My prayer is that God
continues to use Feedlot Ministries Inc. 

I want to personally thank Jodi for being there with me from the beginning and sharing the my vision for this ministry.  I look forward
to many years of service working side by side with her.  And to the other women who have recently come on board to help... PJ, Melissa, and Lori... May God continue to bless each of you and Feedlot Ministries Inc.
